Jerry's AGF Aarhus losses to a 1st division team in a DBU Pokalen or Danish Cup fixture. It began as a battle between the 5th ranked Superliga team in Jerry's AGF, against the 3rd ranked 1st division home team. Vejle-Kolding, playing at home was determined to force a good fight and win if possible. Throughout the match, few scoring opportunities showed up for both sides, but to be fair, quite a few of the AGF regulars were out because of various reasons(6 regulars). As a matter of fact a U19 player started as a midfielder for AGF this time around.

More of the same for the 2nd half, which leads us to extra time. Before this, at the 58th minute Peter Graulund, AGF's top scorer came in as a substitute, one of AGF's most important players, he suddenly fell with a freak injury, a torn achilles tendon. He is now lost for the season.
In Extra Time, with the score at 0-0 and the home team asserting itself even more, lead to the eventual score at the 103rd minute. AGF has a record of 2 wins 1 loss and 0 tie in the Danish Cup competition.
Jerry Lucena started and finished the entire match.
Next fixture: Oct 30 2011 a home game against HB Køge, currently in 12th and last place.
