Stephan Schröck, back on the pitch with SpVgg Greuther Fürth

MATCH REPORT: Stephan Schröck/SpVgg Greuther Fürth/2.Bundesliga, Germany(2nd Tier)

Feb 4 2012 Dynamo Dresden  3-1  Greuther Fürth

Good news, Stephan Schröck is back on the pitch. Bad news, Greuther Fürth loses first game of 2012 against middling team, Dynamo Dresden!

The home team struck first at an early 5th minute, 1-0 Dynamo Dresden. Immediately Dresden started to play a compact defense to control the Cloverleafs potent offense. The first half saw Stephan's team clearly the aggressor but the counter attacking Dresden had some chances too. At the half, 1-0 Dynamo Dresden.

At the second half the first effective Cloverleaf attack was from Stephan, partnering with a team mate yet it was for naught. An attack a minute later(53') saw the home team score its second goal, 2-0 Dynamo Dresden. The Cloverleafs would make the match more interesting by scoring 10 minutes later, 2-1 Dresden. Another ten minutes later the home team would score its last goal, 3-1, a win for the home team, Dynamo Dresden.

SpVgg Greuther Fürth falls to 3rd place in the 2.Bundesliga, a position it has not been for a while.

Stephan Schröck retains his starting position, he was subbed out at the 61st minute.

Next fixture(DFB pokal): Feb 9 2012 an away match against Hoffenheim, a 1.Bundesliga club and currently in 8th place.
