IN PICTURES! Training camp for our European based players.

Stephan Schröck is fitting in well with his new team mates as they undergo training camp in Bavaria.

TSG 1899 Hoffenheim is a newer 1.Bundesliga club who finished 11th in the 18 team German premier league for the 2011/12 season. They finished with a 10-11-13 record with 41 goals scored and 47 goals allowed. Clearly there is a need on both offense and defense. From a kicker.de article the team management is currently aiming for a 6th place finish at the very most but conceded any position from 10th place is a step in the right direction. Surely Stephan will be of great use for the team.

Denis Cagara has finally found a long term home with recently relegated 2.Bundesliga  outfit Karlsruher SC, having signed a 2 year contract with the team. Below are pictures from a still ongoing training camp in Austria.

Karlsruher SC finished 16th in the 18 team 2.Bundesliga, lost a relegation play off game and found itself a new member of the 3.Liga or 3rd tier of the German football pyramid. They finished the season with a 9-6-19 record with 34 goals and 60 goals allowed record. It is obvious they need much help with their offense and more so their defense, which happens to be Dennis Cagaras forte.

Incidentally long time FSV Frankfurt(Cagaras previous club) player Karim Benyamina was also taken by KSC.

A few days ago KSC played a friendly with Ukrainian premier league team Dynamo Kiev. KSC won the game with Cagara playing the entire 2nd half in their victory against Dynamo Kiev. See pics below:

On the 28th They will be playing against Georgian outfit Torpedo Kutaisi. To avail of the free live streaming game(17:30 CET on Thursday) please go to the KSC site at ksc.de

Newly signed Esbjerg fB player Jerry Lucena in his first photo with his new team jersey. See below.

The team is currently in hiatus with individual players still on vacation or training on their own. They will soon begin training camp.

Esbjerg fB was the top team in the Danish 1st division(2nd tier) with an awe inspiring record of 21-3-2! They scored 60 goals and only allowed 19, both best in the league! They only spent 1 season in the 1st division as they are again a fixture in the SuperLiga. Hopefully Jerry can earn himself a starters position before the season begins.
