When it rains, it pours as Mark Drinkuth's powerful DJK Agon 08 saw everything go wrong for them today. The first half was uneventful, score wise, as it ended 0-0. It was the calm before the storm.
The second half began with Marks DJK Agon asserting its powerful offense to score first, 1-0 at the 51st minute. From here things went down hill quickly as an Own Goal at the 62nd minute tied the game, 1-1 for the visiting SSV Berghausen. Less than 5 minutes later the visitors again found the back of the net, 1-2 at the 67'. With a furious rally the home team fought to tie the game. But at the last minute of regulation SSV Berghausen scored once more, 1-3 and an unexpected home loss to this Bezerksliga powerhouse.
DJK Agon falls to 4th in the 16 team league.
Mark Drinkuth remains a starter but did not play in the 2nd half.
