Stephan Schröck back in action for SpVgg Greuther Fürth as they stay #1!

MATCH REPORT: Stephan Schröck/SpVgg Greuther Fürth/2.Bundesliga, Germany(2nd Tier)

Apr 6 2012  Greuther Fürth  3-0  Energie Cottbus

Stephan Schröck's SpVgg Greuther Fürth remains on top of the 2.Bundesliga as they beat middle ranked Energie Cottbus. The Cloverleafs are clearly the better team statistic wise but when a Cottbus player was handed a Red card at an early 27th minute, the team did not have a chance.
The Cloverleafs quickly took advantage as they scored only 3 minutes later(30'). At the end of the first half, the home team led 1-0.

The second half continued the domination. Stephan's Greuther Fürth would score twice more(75' & 89') as the home team would take the win and remain first place in the 2.Bundesliga.

The future TSG Hoffenheim(and 1.Bundesliga player) Stephan Schröck would regain his starting XI spot as he returns from a minor injury. He was subbed out at the 56th minute.

Next fixture: Apr 10 2012 an away game against Braunschweiger TSV Eintracht 1895, currently in 8th place.
