TEAM UPDATE: Jerry Lucena/AGF Aarhus/Superliga, Denmark(1st Tier)
Mar 27 2012 Midtjylland 0-2 AGF
Jerry Lucena is back in the starting lineup for AGF and is rewarded with a great victory against Superliga contenders, Midtjylland. After a defeat against another Superliga top team Horsens, in the last game, AGF prepared well this time around. It was no question who wanted the win more as AGF scored first and early at the 17th minute. The only good chance the home team had was in the 35th minute but could not find the back of the net. The half ended at 0-1 for the visiting AGF.
The second half saw AGF with positioning changes the seem to indicate a more defensive posture. True enough the home team still had no answers as they were kept with no goals while AGF scored again at the 74th minute. All in all a great game for the visiting AGF team.
AGF Aarhus is has switched position with the home team. they are now 4th in the 12 team Danish Superliga.
Jerry Lucena came back from a 2 week injury rest and missed 2 games. He regains his starting spot, but only because the coaches favored player(Arthur Sorin) is himself injured.
Next fixture: Apr 3 2012 a home game against SønderjyskE, currently in 10th place.
