DENIS WOLF'S 1.FC Magdeburg in a freefall!

Denis going for a header vs BAK 07
MATCH REPORT: Denis Wolf/1.FC Magdeburg/Regionalliga Nord, Germany(4th tier)

Mar 25 2012 Magdeburg  1-2  BAK '07

Denis Wolf's 1.FC Magdeburg continues losing streak as they lose a heartbreaker at home. Magdeburgs hapless defense suffered a first half score at the 25th minute while its offense offered no goal of their own in return. The score stood at 0-1 at the end of the first half.

In the second half, Magdeburg would finally get on the board when American Chris Wright struck at the 80th minute. But lack of defensive fortitude from Magdeburg allowed the visitors to score a heartbreaker at the 89th minute. Once again Magdeburg lets one slip away.

FC Magdeburg has not won in 8 games. Within those 8 games they have only managed 3 points! They have now hit "the bottom of the barrel". The team is 18th in the 18 team Regionalliga North.

Denis Wolf did not start but subbed in at an early 35th minute and went on to finish the match.

Next fixture: Apr 1 2012 an away game against Germania Halbe, currently in 12th place.

  1. Important note - no relegation this season in Germany's fourth tier, so no danger there. Still sucks tho.
