Jason de Jong and FC Dordrecht youth, a season recap

SEASON RECAP: Jason De Jong/Jong FC Dordrecht(or youth/reserve), Netherlands(youth league)

Since my last report on the 8th of November jong FC Dordrecht has played 3 games.

Nov 21 jong NAC Breda  4-1  jong FC Dordrecht
Nov 28 jong Den Bosch  2-1  jong FC Dordrecht
Dec 5  jong FC Dordrecht  2-2  jong FC Volendam

Losing two games and drawing the last. Jong FC Dordrecht is now 6 out of their 6 team youth/reserve league. Their league is composed of youth/reserve teams of the Netherlands 1st and 2nd division teams. Jasons team is last in scoring(15 goals in the season) and first in goals allowed with 31!

It is possible his absence was because of: Nov 21(SEAG) and Dec 5(LA Galaxy exhibition match/no official roster report released by team yet). Jason was not in the game roster for the Nov 28 fixture.

Jason de Jong has played sparingly because of all his commitments for the Philippine NT(senior and U23).


Next fixture: Dec 12 2011 an away game against jong Willem II, currently in 3rd place.
