PAUL MULDERS and ADO Den Haag, a season recap

From a recent game. Pic from his fan FB acct
SEASON RECAP: Paul Mulders/ADO Den Haag/Eredivisie, Netherlands(1st Tier)

Since my last report on Nov 6, Paul and ADO Den Haag has played a total of 3 games, with another a few hours from this posting.

Nov 20 ADO Den Haag  2-2  Utrecht; In game roster but DNP.
Nov 27 Excelsior  1-1  ADO Den Haag; Started. Yellow card 79', subbed out 80'.
Dec 4 ADO Den Haag  3-0  NAC Breda; Subbed in 89'.

ADO Den Haag managed to draw 2 games and win one. Things have slowly changed for Paul and his team. After losing the teams coach and disgruntled players wanting out, ADO seems to have found its stride. It has shown in its recent play and has positioned themselves out of the bottom of the Dutch Premier League. After 15 games their play has garnered them a 5win, 3draws and 7loss record which is good enough for 12th place in the 18 team Eredivisie. The team has scored 20 goals and allowed 27. Clearly they are deficient in goal scoring and quite pedestrian in defense, still a home win today against Heracles(currently 10th) could do wonders for their rankings even more. Paul has yet to score.

Next fixture: Dec 10 2011 a home game against Heracles, currently in 10th place.
