Patrick Hinrichsens SV Darmstadt 98 II rebounds from last weeks loss to tie Spfr. Seligenstadt. It did not start well for Darmstadt in the first half as they were surprised with a one two punch at the 11th and 14th minute; the score 0-2 at 14' in front of the home crowd! Darmstadt would battle back as they would eventually score at the 35th minute. Score at the half, 1-2 for the visiting team lead.

Undaunted, the home team would scrap with the lower ranked visitors. Chances would come and go for both teams but Darmstadt would finally tie the game with an 81st minute strike to even the score, 2-2. That would be all she wrote for the game as Darmstadt was quite lucky not to have taken a second consecutive defeat.
