Stephan Schröck injured in training camp and Manny Otts contract

A dejected Stephan after injury sends him home.

With only 2 days passing while in training camp in Turkey, Stephan is forced to fly back to Germany to have a doctor look at his injury. Apparently it has been a problem that only grew worse as training went on. The converted midfielder(from right back) has what is described as a "bone-skin irritation".


Stephan has already been wearing special shoes to alleviate the pain but unfortunately the irritated part still got worse and became much more painful. Depending on diagnosis, Stephan is expected to return before the Winter season commences on Feb 3 2012

Meanwhile, Manny Ott has previously implied about his expiring contract with FC Ingolstadt 98 II. We've found out that his contract is now good until Jun 30 2012 which gives him time to prove himself on the pitch to get another contract with his present team or look around for other teams in need of a versatile midfielder.

The young veteran Philippine national team player was one of the few bright spots in the last SEAG tournament.
