Stephan Schröck scores one as Greuther Fürth annihilates Union Berlin 5-0! The tough Union Berlin team were playing well even when it conceded a very early goal at the 2' mark. The back breaker that opened the cloverleaf scoring binge was an Own Goal at the 10th minute, 2-0 for the home team. 13 minutes later another strike from the cloverleafs closed out the scoring for the first half, 3-0, home team.
The second half began and as play progressed, Union Berlin just could not stop the offensive pressure the home team was exerting on it as Stephan Schröck drove from his fullback position to find an empty net situation where he promptly found the back of the net, 4-0 at 64'. Greuther Fürth closed out the scoring at 71'. A thorough win and one step closer to regaining 1st place in the 2.Bundesliga.
