Roland Müller's Oberliga team suffers a loss for the first time in 9 games. Although scoreless at the half the game broke away from visiting team as Gladbach scored 59th, 70th and 78th minute with the only answer from Roland's Duisburg II coming at the 82nd minute. The loss marks the first time they failed to earn a point as they have drawn twice and won twice within the previous 5 games.
