Fulham wins a must-win-game to avoid going back to the relegation zone! Squandering a winnable game against Everton, Fulham fires back by blanking Wigan Athletics 2-0 in an away match. The first score was made late in the 1st half when Clint Dempsey an American national player scored at the 42nd minute.
The second half saw Fulham players receive a total of 3 more Yellow card but was offset by a goal in the 87th minute. After 4 minutes of added injury time, the home team proved incapable of finding the back of the net, Fulham blanks them and wins 2-0.
Fulham is at 17th place.
Neil Etheridge remains the number 2 GK. He was included in the game roster.
