The Feb 6th match of Partizan Belgrade and the Philippine national team will not proceed as Avram Grant, the Jewish head coach of Belgrade is not allowed to step on the Arab territory.
From the Partizan Belgrade website(translated):
"...cancellation of training in Dubai, Partizan's management is looking for opponents in the territory of Israel (25 January - 8 February)."
