Roland was with the Philippine U23 team during the Nov 11 and 19 fixture and while he was back for the Nov 26th and Dec 6 games, he was instead playing for the youth/reserve team, MSV Duisburg II. Roland remains the 3rd Goal Keeper of the senior team.

Since the SEAG, MSV Duisburg has improved its standings and is now 13th in the 18 team 2.Bundesliga.
