Next up in the news is Dennis Cagara. As you might have known his contract with Danish Superliga team Lyngby BK ended on the 31st of December. Shortly before this, in an interview with Danish football site, he mentioned his desire to play for a 2.Bundesliga or J-League team. Things may not be going as planned for Dennis for he is now practicing/trying out for Chemnitzer FC a 3.Liga(3rd tier) team.
The Jan 10th game for Chemitzer FC was actually a friendly with Oberliga team(5th tier) Hansa Rostock II. Chemitzer FC would win the game and had this to say about Dennis:
(Translated)"...practice player Dennis Cagara up to the 64th Minute of the game in action. The former Hertha and Dresdner, who last played for the Danish first division club Lyngby BK, showed a solid defensive performance, but without being put great offensive accents."
Chemnitzer FC is currently 15th in the 20 team 3.Liga the third tier of the German football system.
Stay tuned for more...
